Jembo Holds 2025 Work Meeting: Realizing Transformation Toward more Resilient Future
As a concrete step toward a sustainable future, PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk held its 2025 Work Meeting (Raker) on October 30–31, 2025 at Pelataran Bromo, East Java. Carrying the theme “Transformation”, this event became an important momentum for Jembo to evaluate current year performance achievements, while formulating work strategies that focus on innovation, efficiency, and environmental preservation.
This year’s work meeting was attended by the board of directors, management, and representatives from various strategic divisions. In the calming open–nature atmosphere at the foot of Mount Bromo, participants were invited to reflect on this year’s results while building renewed spirit to face the continuously evolving cable industry challenges.
The theme of Transformation reflects Jembo’s determination to build the future through purposeful and sustainable change. This transformation is not merely a business initiative but also a manifestation of Jembo’s commitment to achieving balanced growth between industrial progress and environmental responsibility. In the company’s strategic direction for the coming year, Jembo places strong emphasis on energy efficiency, carbon emission reduction, and the use of environmentally friendly materials as key elements of its long-term sustainability strategy.
In the main session, the board emphasized that true Transformation is not only about technology and productivity, but also about ensuring that every step of progress brings benefit to the earth and future generations.
In addition to strategy discussion and evaluation sessions, the Work Meeting also served as a platform to strengthen Jembo’s internal green culture. Participants were invited to plant a new commitment — both symbolically and in spirit — to shape Jembo into a company that continues to grow with sustainability values and social responsibility.
Besides discussions and performance evaluation, the 2025 Work Meeting also included team–building activities aimed at strengthening the bond among employees, building stronger teamwork spirit, and growing pride as part of the Jembo family.
