Affiliate Relations

There is a relationship between the members of the Board of Directors, as follows:

• Santoso, Nanyang Santoso and Cahayadi Santoso as member of the Board of Directors has a family relationship.
• Santoso, Nanyang Santoso and Cahayadi Santoso as member of the Board of Directors, is a shareholder of PT. Monaspermata Persada which is the main shareholder of PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk.  

There is also an affiliate relationship between the members of the Board of Commissioners, as follows:

• Merrynawati Anwar MSc, MBA. and Soebiantoro, member of the Board of Commissioners, is a shareholder of of PT. Jembo Cable Company Tbk
